A little about me:
I am a wife, a mom of two teenaged children, and an entrepreneur. Back before I figured out what I wanted to do with my life, I earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Information Management at Louisiana Tech University. I am currently in the metro Birmingham, Alabama area where I make websites for small businesses at my company Main Street Web Development LLC and teach calligraphy here at Kallialitheia. I also volunteer in my community with diverse and underprivileged groups, by teaching computer and life skills to adult GED students and English as a Second Language to hispanic immigrants.
I have recently been accepted to medical school at the UAB School of Medicine. This is a dream for which I’ve been waiting for TWENTY. YEARS. The pursuit of this lofty goal and at this point in my life has required a lot of faith and a heavy dose of supernatural strength, and I am exploring how best to share that journey with you in future blog posts.
My Purpose with Kallialitheia
At the core of my purpose here is to make life better for YOU. And not just in superficial, earthly matters like calligraphy and art. But in deeper soul matters where the real you lies in wait for that intangible sense of absolute peace and satisfaction. I believe that’s what we’re all searching for at some point in our lives, and I’d like to journey with you on your way to finding it.
